Wait until you see how wonderful living in the El Dorado Foothills can be.  We have never been sorry that we made the decision to move to the Bass Lake Village area.  This area is literally minutes from the historic back roads to towns like Rescue for white water rafting, Shingle Springs for homes on large parcels, El Dorado, Diamond Springs, Placerville and all the other Mother Lode towns off Highway 49.  An hour riding through the foothills and up the mountain will get you to beautiful Lake Tahoe or go down Highway 80 to Napa Valley.  If you want to tour the wine country closer to home, try El Dorado, Amador or Nevada County wineries.

We are both car buffs -- Jeff with his '48 street rod and I love driving with the top down in my new Thunderbird.  Jeff likes to participate in local automotive events and we have met some wonderful people there.

Moving from Southern California to this area makes us appreciate the rural lifestyle.  We now reside in a ranch style estate home with a park-like secluded backyard.  The gated community has its own lake.  We love it here and have made the area our home and our area of specialization.  The subdivisions surrounding our home have become known as the Bass Lake Villages.  Each has its own unique qualities.  The residents also enjoy being so close to hiking, boating, tennis, biking, swimming and traveling short distances to wonderful places.

Along with the Villages, we specialize in El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Cameron Park, El Dorado County and the entire Sacramento area.

Jeff's real estate background spans over 28, years including an extensive background locating, negotiating and developing commercial sites.  We began our careers in residential real estate in the extremely competitive Orange County, Southern California market during the demanding downturn of the early '90s. This is where we developed the skills and work ethic which we brought with us to the Sacramento area to quickly become Top Producers here and grow our continually expanding business.
